Our TCNEWCL HDMI KVM Switch Box supports resolution only when both your source and monitor support Please check if your devices support 4K @30hz and adjust the resolution of the system to 4096*2160 or 3840*2160.
What to do when devices randomly disconnect?
1. Replug the KVM Switch.
2. Change the cable that connected with your device.
3. Check if your devices is fully powered.
USB devices do not work normally?
1. Wait 10 seconds for the operating system to recognize the device;
2. Replug the mouse and keyboard once;
