A needlebook gift set for anyone who enjoys gardening and reading featuring books and flowers painted in watercolor on a soft blue background with two skeins of floss.  Very nice for keeping your small hand-sewing notions intact while doing needlework or hand quilting.  A great gift for crafting friends!
The needlebook was made with fine quality fabric designed with my watercolor illustration of gardening books and flowers drawn in ink with watercolor.  It was made with fusible fleece and top-stitched with white rayon thread with a decorative sewing stitch.  The back and inside were finished with commercial fabrics with coordinating blue solid and floral fabrics for the lining and pockets.
The needlebook measures 5 1/4" x 4 1/2" when closed. There are two pockets to put scissors, pins, beads, etc. There is a rectangle of white colored felt fabric with scalloped edges to put needles and pins. The needle case was made with care with white rayon thread top-stitching and quality materials.
This comes with two skeins of floss: The Gentle Art floss in Cornflower and Weeks Dye Works floss in Guacamole.  Lovely floss to work with.
