Vintage Baby Christening Gown

Description

Beautifully preserved vintage 80's baby Christening gown. No stains or tears.
Unknown maker. The only tag on the gown says "100% synthetic"(polyester)  Pic #9
It looks hand made. The little details like the bonnet and bib with satin ribbon
tie and the tiny light blue roses trimming the bonnet and front of the gown show
incredible attention to detail. The gown has a sleeveless lining underneath. (pic 6)
Two buttons on the back of the lining and 3 on the back of the gown itself.
From a smoke free home but, we do have a dog. Professional dry cleaning would
be
recommended
before your special ceremony.
Could
be for either
a girl or boy. Universally unisex. It is very special in every way!
Shoulder to hem is approx: 32".
Armpit to armit: 20"
Shoulder to shoulder: 8"
Arm hole: 8" round
There is no size on this gown. I've had three children and it looks like it would
fit an infant from 0 to 6 months depending on the size of the baby. With that said,
