This listing features a Fine & exquisitely made Baby Dress. Ayrshire Embroidered White on white. ACTUAL COLOR IS NATURAL WHITE.  Extra fine and ethereally sheer & transparent Batiste Cotton. Embroidered in miniature Ayrshire Style Leaf and Berry with TINY scalloped edges at all hem sites and the neckline. There are 4 rows of pin tucks, a lace insertion, & 3 rows of miniature pin tucks. The Ayrshire Embroidery finishes in a delicate tiny scalloped edge. Inset with Valenciennes Lace. Dainty and airy, exceptional beauty and quality. The color is natural white. Photos look a creamy color, but dress is whiter than the photos suggest. It is machine sewn & hand embroidered.. It has a back placket opening that is 10 inches long and with 2 snaps at the top & 2 mother of Pearl buttons. The scalloped hem sweep measures 26 inches across, 55 inches around at the bottom trimline. It has 3/4 length sleves that measure 11 inches around at the finished scalloped edge, and are 7.5 inches long from the shoulder seam. Across, from shoulder to shoulder seam measures 22 inches. Length of the dress, from the shoulder seam at the top to the scalloped edge at the bottom measures 22 inches and the chest measures 28 inches around at the underarm. Gathers at the upper chest allow for a very roomy fit.
This Beautiful Baby Dress has been carefully laundered in Ivory mild soap and allowed to drip dry. It has not been hot ironed, but rather finger pressed while damp.. This dress is in perfect condition. No stains, foxing, holes, pinholes or any other kind of damage or flaw. Absolutely Perfect in every way.
