Vintage Ivory Tiered Embroidered Christening Baptism Dress - 4 piece set

Description

This is a Vintage Ivory Embroidered Christening Baptism 4 piece set.  The tiered dress is a pretty shade of ivory with champagne floral and leaf embroidery. The dress sleeves and collar are trimmed with lace and the front has 2 ivory silk bows. The bows are attached with small safety pins and could be replaced with blue or pink silk bows. The back of the dress has 2 snap closures.
The dress from the front  v-collar to the bottom of the dress measures 25" long, sleeve to sleeve width is 10" and the width at the bottom of the dress measures 33".
There is a plain ivory under gown that measures 21" from the top of the collar to the bottom and the width along the bottom measures 19" across. The lace jacket is lined and trimmed  with lace and held in place in the top front with a ivory ribbon.  The bonnet completes the set which is lined and has the same lace overlay as the gown and jacket.  The construction of the bonnet is somewhat unique. The cap is made out of one piece of material and then gathered in the back into a circle that has ivory cording around it which compliments the cording at the base of the hat.
The bonnet ties with a ivory silk ribbon.
It is in excellent condition with no stains or tears.  The under gown has slight discoloration towards the bottom.
