Vtg. Christening Baptism Hand Embroidered Gown, Slip & Bonnet size L 16-26 lbs.
This is a gorgeous vintage heirloom quality christening/baptism gown. It will make your little one's christening/baptism extra special. Don't you think your princess will look so lovely wearing this?This listing is for one Madonna Christening gown with the gown, comes the under slip and matching bonnet. This is from the late !980’s - early 1990’s.  The labels are perfect and the size is identified. It measures approximately a little over 8" from seem of shoulder to the other seem.
Made in the USA and suggested care is Dry CleanThe brand is Madonna.
The color is ivory off white satin-feel gown with embroidery and lace on collar and bonnet and sleeve edges and scalloped hem. There is a two long thin satin ribbon bow in front. There are no tags attached but I believe it is safe to say this set was never worn by a little baby girl instead it dressed a lovely porcelain bisque doll that was dropped accidentally and the head shattered. Obviously the doll is not included in this listing.
This set feels lovely and looks brand new. The inside tag is crisp and new.
This dress is stunning and even better close up - the quality exceeds expectations.From a non smoking environment.Elegant Flower embroidered decoration front and back. Scalloped hem. Double layered. Two ribbon closure in front. Bonnet also has the embroidered flower like design as well. The little sleeves are puffed with added lace edges matching the lace on the collar.
The dress fastens in the back with buttons.
Size LARGE for 16.5 - 26 lbs.
65% Poly and 35% Cotton - appears and feels like satin

Beautiful gown and a matching bonnet hat.  It is an off white color. The gown has intricate lace and embroidery all matching and exquisite in detail.It is a family heirloom, so it is well preserved but no longer needed or wanted by family.
